Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement or before shipment.
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Defective item delivered
- Wrong product delivered
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or video proof.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized / print-on-demand products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items without original packaging
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
